Shipping Locations & Delivery Times:

  • Canada & United States: Free standard shipping (10 - 15 business days).
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping (10 - 15 business days).
  • Spain: Free standard shipping (8 - 15 business days).

Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days before being shipped.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Return Policy

Return Window:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Time:

If you are returning an item from outside Chile, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, including Spain, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
